Stuffing & Wrapping: 2 min
INGREDIENTS:
Wholemeal Wraps (Quinoa & Chia seeds)
Pesto
Halloumi for grilling
Cucumber
Tomato
Avocado
Watercress Spinach & Rocket
METHOD:
– Start with warming up the ready to eat wraps both the sides on a pan
– Grill the halloumi cheese
– Spread a spoonful of pesto on the wrap, layer the halloumi cheese in the centre
– roughly chop cucumber and tomato in chunks and layer on top of the halloumi
– scoop up the Avocado and slice it up into thin slices, layer it in the wrap
– finish off by adding in the salad leaves (Watercress Spinach & Rocket)
– your wraps are ready to go!
