hello mga besh today we are going to make this healthy blueberry bread loaf its healthy coz no added sugar,no butter we added honey as sweetener, oats flour for more fiber. Heres the ingredients
200g flour (170g all purpose flour+30g oats flour)
2tsp. baking powder
1/2tsp salt
Wet ingredients:
50g coconut oil
170g honey
3tbsp lemon juice
1tsp lemon zest
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
120g blueberries
1tsp cornstarch
