Here is a recipe for making a very delicious West-Indian recipe called Olo, aka Eggplant Barbeque Curry. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
Eggplant – 3 large
Onion – 1 large or 2 medium

Green Chillies or Jalapeno – 1 medium

Spices: Cumin Seeds, Asafoetida (Hing), Turmeric, Salt, Red Pepper powder, Coriander powder, Cumin powder,
