Ingredients
* Chicken – 50g
* Butter – 2 tsp
* Eggs – 1
* Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp
* Chilli Sauce – 1 tsp
* Lettuce – as required
* Cucumber – as required
* Tomatoes – as required
* Bread – 3 slices
* Black Pepper – as per taste
* Salt – as per taste
* Yellow Food Colour – a pinch
Method
1. Boil the chicken and shred it.
2. Add half mayonnaise and black pepper mix and keep aside. (I didn’t add salt as mayonnaise already salty).
3. In a small bowl add an egg, salt and a pinch of yellow food colour, mix well.
4. Grease a pan with butter and add egg, cook from both sides and keep aside.
5. Cut sides of bread slices. Toast from both side.
6. Spread mayonnaise on all 3 slices of bread. Add lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes on first slice.
7. Add omelette on top of salad, then add ketchup or chilli sauce on it.
8. Add second slice on top then spread mayonnaise on other side.
9. Add chicken mixture on third slice and put on rest of sandwich.
10. Spread butter on both sides of sandwich and grill from both sides.
11. Cut in half and serve.
