How to make jowar roti
Serving-3 roti
Ingredients
Jowar atta (sorghum)-100g
Water-150-200ml
Cooking –
1-Take a pan add water and boil it.
2-Add hot water in the jowar atta.
3-Mix well with the help of spoon, while water is hot.
4-Mix the dough properly, knead it for 5-10 min.
5-Distrbute the dough into 3 parts.
6-Dust some jowar flour, and roll the roti, into round shape.
7-Heat the pan, add rolled roti on the tawa, add water(little) and spread it on the roti,
8-Once water evaporate turn it and cook both sides
9-Healthy and nutritious jowar roti (weight loss roti) is ready to serve.
Serve it with sabji and dal.Jowar roti is more healthy and nutritious compared to regular wheat chapati. So friends, try it and let me know how is the taste
