INGREDIENTS:
Base:
10/20g Groung Peanuts
2tbsp Oats / Oat flour
1tsp raw Cacao powder
1tbsp Maple Syrup
10ml Plant based Milk
Filling:
20/30g Peanut Butter / i’ve added creamy Peanut butter mixed with some crunchy peanut butter
1tbsp Maple Syrup
10g Coconut Cream / 10ml Milk
Topping:
Dark Chocolate + Plant based Milk
or home made Chocolate = Cacao powder, Maple Syrup, Plant based Milk, Coconut Oil or Cocoa butter
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a Bowl add all the base ingredients and mix until well combined.
If the Base is too dry add more milk, or if it’s too watery add more oats
Place the base in small muffin form , or you can use larger baking form and than cut your bars in to small pieces.
Then place it in the freezer to set while making the filling.
on medium heat add all of the filling ingredients , and mix until all of the ingredients are weill combined.
Note: You can also make the filling without adding milk
Next Step – add the filling and place the bars for aditional 30min in the freezer.
Add the melted Chocolate and some ground Peanuts for decoration.

You can store the bars in the freezer up to 2 months

Take them out of the freezer 10 min before serving
