1/2 tsp star anise powder
1 tbsp black pepper
2 tsp cinnamon
4 tsp fennel seeds powder
4 tsp black salt
4 tsp dried mango powder
1/2 salt
Green Chutney:
1/2 cup cilantro
2 tbsp peanuts
9-10 green chili
2 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tsp salt
Chickpea Coating:
1 cup chickpea flour
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
1/4 tsp salt, or to taste
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chili powder, or to taste
~1 cup water
5-7 cups of oil
few slices of bread
few slices of paneer
1/4 cup date-tamarind chutney
