A-Z Smoothie –
Ingredients:
1 Scoop of Greens powder of your choice (I prefer Garden of Life Raw Organic Meal)
1 Scoop of Collagen powder
1/4 Cup of Blueberries
1/4 Cup of Strawberries
1/4 Cup of Pineapple or Mango (Or really any fruit of your choice)

Directions:
in a blender, blend a 1/4 cup water, protein powder, and Collagen powder together well first.
Then blend in the strawberries – because they are larger and thicker they are harder to blend, so it helps if they are the only thing in the blender.
Next, blend in other other fruits.
Pour and Enjoy!

Superfood Oatmeal –
Ingredients:
1 small sweet potato (Roasted and Mashed)
1/2 cups Gluten Free Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Water or Milk of your choice
1/8 cup Frozen Blueberries
1 Teaspoon Maple Syrup or Honey
1 teaspoon PB2 (or any powdered peanut butter)

Directions:
Bake the sweet potato for 25 minutes at 400F (cut in half horizontally and bake flesh side down) I cook a batch each week to add to various quick meals.
Once the potato is cooked take the skin off and mix into paste. Cook the oatmeal per directions, when half-way done add in sweet potato puree, until cooked fully, mix in frozen blueberries. When warmed through, pour into bowl, stir in cinnamon until well combined , add peanut butter powder, and top with as much honey as your heart desires.
