ingredients

raw rice-1 cup
Poha(flattened rice)-1/2 cup
curd -1/2 cup
water as required

onion-1 small
chopped cabbage-2 tsp
chopped carrot-2 tsp
chopped ginger-1 tsp
chopped capsicum-2 tsp
chopped coriander leaves-2 tsp
black pepper powder-1/2 tsp
salt to taste
baking soda-1/2 tsp

oil for frying
