Today I’m sharing my meal prep for the week while I am staying in a hotel for 2 weeks while I am traveling for work. If I ate out everyday for each meal I would come back 4-5 lbs heavier if not more. Also, eating out for every meal doesn’t fit sometimes within your travel budget.You can save hundreds of dollars by making meals in your hotel room. Here are a couple quick & easy meals that you can make on your next stay in a hotel room.
