Hi everyone, today I made a super healthy smoothie which is packed with high protein, unsaturated fats, fiber and is full of antioxidants. It is delicious and also powerful. Start your morning with a glass, and you’ll feel healthy and fresh the rest of the day.

Ingredients:
2 cups Orange juice 🥤
2 cups chopped kale 🥬
2 kiwis, peeled and cut in pieces 🥝
1 frozen banana, in pieces 🍌
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries 🍓
5 – 6 mint leaves 🍃
Juice of 1 lime 🍋
2 Tbsp Hemp seeds
2 scoops Vanilla flavour protein powder

In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend them for 30 – 35 seconds or until smooth.
