INGREDIENTS:
Base:
2tbsp Almond Flour ( You can also use coconut or oat flour )
2tbsp Ground Hazelnut
Almonds ( Optional )
1tbsp Maple Syrup
10ml Plant based milk
Filling:
3tbsp Cashew butter
1tbsp Maple syrup
2tbsp Coconut cream
some fresh lemon juice
10g fresh raspberries
INSTRUCTIONS:
To make the base add all the ingredients in a bowl mix until well combinet , then add it to your cup forms and place them in the freezer while you make your filling
on a medium heat add all the ingredients exept the raspberries and mix until smooth and caramelized then add the raspberries mix and remove from heat
take the cups out of the freezer add the filling and for decoration add some raspberries and put them back in the freezer for 30min
Take them out of the freezer 10 min before serving
