I am a big fan of white bread but I decided to make oat bread (which is supposed to be really healthy) for my dad because he can’t consume too much carbs. It turned out to be better than I thought. Crusty outside & moist inside. It was great to toast the bread to eat with butter and jam. I even made French toast using this bread! It always feels better when I consume something made with oat.

I purchased my oat flour from Whole Foods Market. I also got my little cube bread pan from Amazon. I love using these cube pans.

Ingredients in this video (for 2 cube breads, 1 whole bread):

Bread Flour 380g
Oat Flour 200g
Sugar 100g
Salt (Optional)
Instant Dry Yeast 1 TBS (one little package)
Heavy Cream 80g
Water 360g

*Bake 350f for 35 minutes.
