½ Cup Green Bell Pepper/Capsicum

1/3 Cup Cherry Tomatoes (7-8)
1 Small Red Onion
¼ Cup Cucumber
1 Tbsp Cilantro/Coriander
Dressing:
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Honey
1 Tsp Lime Juice
1/4 tsp Chilli Flakes

2 Boiled Eggs
1/3 Cup or ½ Avocado
2 Leaves/ ½ Cup Romaine Lettuce
1/3 Cup Tomato
1/3 Cup Cucumber
1 Small or ¼ Cup Red Onion
1 Tbsp Cilantro/Coriander
1/3 Cup Mozzarella or Feta Cheese
Dressing:
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Honey
1 Tsp Lime Juice
¼ Tsp Black Pepper
¼ Tsp Mustard Sauce / Mustard Paste
