Chicken salad is a classic salad recipe which is healthy, quick, easy and very nutritious. You will get a wide variety of vitamins, minerals and protein from chicken salad. Also always try to replace white breads, buns and biscuits with those with whole wheat or multi grains for healthy life 🙂

Ingredients:
250 gm fried chicken
1 cup mix salad / lettuce
1/2 cup cucumber (chopped)
1 small onion (finely chopped)
100 gm pineapple (chopped)
1 tbsp spring onion
1 tbsp coriander leaves
2 tbsp mayonnaise with mustard sauce
2 tbsp thick curd
2 tbsp dried cranberries/ raisins/ grapes
2 tbsp pecans/ walnut / almonds
Salt to taste
1/2 tbsp pepper powder

For fried chicken –
250 gm boneless chicken
Salt to taste
1/2 tbsp Pepper powder
1/4 tbsp lemon
1 tbsp oil
