Low Calorie EXTRA CRISPY French Fries | Simple and Easy Recipe

Ingredients:
2 Yukon gold or Russet potatoes
Calorie free cooking spray
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Chili power
25g Baking soda

Directions:
1) Get 2 quarts of water boiling
2) Chop up potatoes in to medium sized french fries
3) Add large pinch of salt and 25g of baking soda to boiling water
4) Add potatoes to water once boiling and cook for 6-7 minutes.
5) Strain potatoes and let them rest for a minute in a bowl.
6) Coat potatoes with generous amount of cooking spray
7) Add seasonings to taste (salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder)
8) Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees
9) Add potatoes in a flat layer to air fryer for 7-10 minutes (depending on how thick you cut the fries and how big your air fryer is)
