Ingredients –

1. Oats – 1/2 Cup
2. Semolina (Rava or Suji) – 1/2 Cup
3. Grated Carrots – 1/2 Cup
4. Finely Chopped Chillies – 1 tsp
5. Grated Ginger – 1 tsp
6. Salt to Taste – 1 tsp
7. Chopped Coriander – 1 tbsp
8. Tangy Tomato Masala – 1 packet
9. Eno Fruit Salt – 1 tsp

For Tempering –

1. Oil – 1 tbsp
2. Cumin Seeds (Jeera) – 1/2 tsp
3. Mustard Seeds (Rai) – 1/2 tsp
4. Sesame Seeds (Til) – 1 tsp

Method –

1. Take 1/2 cup of Oats and grind into fine powder using mixer grinder.
2. In a mixing bowl ,take 1/2 cup of Semolina, grinder Oats powder, 1/2 cup of grated Carrots, 1 tsp of finely chopped Chillies, 1 tsp of grated Ginger, 1 tbsp of chopped Coriander, 1 tsp of Salt, 1 packet of Tangy Tomato Masala and mix well.
3. To this now add 1 cup of Water and mix well and cover it and let it rest for 10 minutes.
4. After 10 min, mix well and if required add more Water 1/4 cup and make thick Handvo Batter.
5. In another cooking pan, take 1 tbsp of Oil and allow it to heat nicely.
6. Once the Oil is hot, add 1/2 tsp of Mustard Seeds (Rai), 1/2 tsp of Cumin Seeds (Jeera), 1 tsp of Sesame Seeds (Til) and mix well and spread on pan.
7. Now pour the Oats mixture batter and cover the lid and let it cook for 10 Minutes on medium flame or until it is crispy from one side.
8. Flip over and cook rom other side without covering until crispy from other side also.
9. Remove it on plate cut into pieces and serve with Chutney or Tomato Sauce.

2. सूजी – 1/2 कप
3. कसा हुआ गाजर – 1/2 कप
4. बारीक कटी मिर्च – 1 छोटा चम्मच
5. कसा हुआ अदरक – 1 चम्मच
6. स्वाद के लिए नमक – 1 चम्मच
7. कटा हुआ धनिया – 1 बड़ा चम्मच
8. टैंगी टमाटर मसाला – 1 पैकेट
9. फ्रूट साल्ट – 1 चम्मच

तड़के के लिए –

1. तेल – 1 बड़ा चम्मच
2. जीरा – 1/2 चम्मच
3. सरसों – 1/2 चम्मच
4. तिल – 1 चम्मच
