Black rice are healthy, have higher protein and best for low carb diet.
The recipe includes following ingredients:
1. Black rice (already boiled, bought from Coles Supermarket)
2. Tomatoes (2)
3. Onions (1 Large)
4. Salt (1 tsp)
5. Black Pepper (2tbsp)
6. Turmeric (2 tbsp)
7. Coriander (for garnering)
8. Lemon juice (1tbsp)
9. Yogurt (2 tbsp)
10. Olive oil 3-4 tbsp
11. Green Chilies (1 chopped)
12. Garlic (minced or finely chopped)
13. Chicken Pieces (1/2 Kg)

Heat Olive oil in the pan, add onions and golden brown them. Then, add green chilies and garlic and fry them well. Add chicken then add all the spices and yogurt and mix it well. Add tomatoes and on low heat cover the pot with the lid and let the chicken cook till it get tender. At the end add black rice (already boiled) and make a layer. Add a little bit water and let it cook for another 10 minute at low flame and cover the pot with the lid. Serve the rice.

Black rice are ready.
