Today’s video is a fall what I eat in a day with ideas for easy and healthy fall recipes and meal ideas for fall (think apple pie oatmeal and pumpkin spice smoothies). I’m generally a fan of low carb eating, but after a summer full of cheat meals, I’m slowly getting back to eating a bit healthier and still haven’t fully switched back to my low carb routine, definitely planning on cutting more carbs soon though.
