Oats – 1/2 cup
Milk – 1/2 litter
Sugar – 1/4 cup
Salt 1/4 tsp

For Salad
Black Chickpea (Channa) – 1/4 cup
White Chickpea – 1/4 cup
Azunki Beans ( karamani) -1/4 cup
Green Mung bean – 1/4 cup
Organic Cucumber – 2
Onion – 1
Carrot – 1
Chilly Flakes – 1 tbsp
White Pepper – 1/2 tbsp
Lemon Juice -1 tbsp
Salt -1/2 tbsp
