8 pieces of white sandwich bread
1 medium-size sliced onion
1 medium-size sliced Green Bell pepper
1 medium-size sliced Red Bell pepper
1/2 small size sliced beetroot
1/2 cup slices of cucumber
1/2 cup sliced carrots
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoon butter for spreading over the bread
