Hello friends,
Today’s recipe is our family’s favourite dinner recipe which can be easily prepared at home. I’ve given an Indian twist to the recipe by adding coriander leaves instead of parsely or other italian herbs and it’s full of flavour.
Ingredients :
1.Chicken breast – 1 piece
2.Lemon juice – 80 ml
3. Lemon zest ( by grating lemon skin) -1/4 tsp
4.Coriander leaves – 1 tbs
5.Garlic paste/crushed – 1 tsp
6.Salt
7. Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Method:
1.Marinate chicken and freeze for 20 minutes
2.Cover with aluminium foil and bake @ 220 degree C for 35-40 minutes
3. Brush melted butter and cover for 5 minutes.
Serve hot!
