Sugar-free, Low-calorie Oats and apple smoothie
Healthy & Easy Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:
Apple – 2 (medium-sized apple)
Oats – 2 tbsp (Increase or decrease the amount of oats according to your preference)
Milk – 1 cup (Boiled, Chill Milk)
Honey – 1 Tbsp Or Dates – 2-3
Cinnamon Powder – 1/2 tsp
Chopped Almonds – 5
Crushed ice (optional)

Preparation Method:
1. Soak Oats and chopped almonds in milk(boiled and refrigerated) for about 5 minutes.
2. Add chopped apple into a blender, add 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder, and soaked oats, almond mixture. (add dates or honey for sweetness)
3. Blend well.
4. Pour it in a glass and sprinkle cinnamon powder and chopped almonds or nuts of your choice on the top.
5. Our super healthy, sugar free, low calorie smoothie for breakfast is ready to serve!
