#Shorts | Lemon Grass Chicken Cutlets | Sally’s Quick & Simple Recipe | EZ 5 Min Dinner Recipes. This is super easy quick cooking recipe for anyone. It is also good for diabetic sufferer. It is super easy and only it takes 5 min to prepare. I create many of my own ways of cooking with less time, nutritious and delicious. If you are cooking for a small family, you can just use one ot two chicken breast and slice it out, marinated with any Italian dressings, no need to add anything for overnight . The preparation won’t take long. The next day just prepare some onion, tomato, carrot or whatever you have and stir fry it. Make sure to put the lemon grass and it will make a sweet great taste and smell good. This is my own ways of cooking also it is great for my family who had diabetic.
How to cook
After heating the pot, add ginger, lemon grass, onion and let it fry for few min, then add salt, and carrots, after that add chicken, you can add some corn starch with or without is okay. then pour the chicken and the tomato, once the chicken turn colors then it is done. This is healthy and barely had fats in it. Lemon grass not only good for the smells and it also good for health.
