Are you confused about what’s healthy and unhealthy? Reading so much information on ‘how to lose weight, often leads to dilemma.
Eat what’s homemade in the right proportion at right time is the best answer to this question. Try different recipes/cuisines that are not loaded without butter. Use ghee for making most of the items. Eat local foods and fruits. Don’t fall for fancy diets or food products as they are made to look attractive. Trust me, they don’t help lose weight. If you stop opting for these, it would create fewer of those products and our farmers would get the reward.
No one has sustained the fruit diet for 10 days ever. So Eat what you love and find the CAUSE of weight gain. It’s never always the food. Then find the solution to your situation that can be sustained in long term.
