These are quick and easy to prepare recipe. I also made green chutney for weight loss it is best for summer as it prevents us from sunstroke, make cool down the body. Chutney – 1
This is green chutney and is very important summer chutney. This chutney may protect from extreme heat and heat strokes.
Ingredients of Green chutney
Garlic cloves (5 nos) – 5 gm
Green mango (medium) – 150 gm
Green chilli – 3 nos
Onion (medium) – 100 gm
Mint leaves (small bunch) – 35 gm
Cumin seeds
Salt as per taste
Making of Green chutney
It is suggested to grind the vegetables into 2 parts to avoid lumps.
Wash and cut the vegetables into small pieces. Add first half of the vegetables into mixer jar along with cumin seeds, salt as per taste and ½ cup water. Make a fine paste. Now repeat the process for the other half vegetables and make fine paste.

Preservation
Refrigerate in an airtight container.

Chutney – 2
This is tomato coriander chutney. This chutney is easy to prepare and it takes only 5 minutes of preparation time and require less ingredients.
Ingredients of Instant Tomato Coriander chutney
Garlic cloves (5 nos) – 5 gm
Tomato ( 2 nos small) – 100 gm
Green chilli – 3 nos
Coriander leaves (small bunch) – 10 gm
Cumin seeds
Salt as per taste
Making of Instant Tomato Coriander chutney
Wash and cut the vegetables into small pieces. Add all into mixer jar along with cumin seeds, salt as per taste, no need to add water was tomatoes already contain water. Make a fine paste. This chutney is very healthy and can also be added to salads as taste enhanser.
Preservation
Refrigerate as thick paste in an air-tight container

Chutney – 3
This is Roasted chickpeas and groundnut chutney.
This chutney is healthy too and easy to prepare but 1 bowl of chutney has upto 633 kcal. So it is advised to use this chutney in moderation. Excess consumption may add calories in your diet.
Ingredients of Roasted chickpeas and groundnut chutney
Groundnuts – 50 gm
Roasted split chickpeas – 50 gm
Sesame seeds – 30 gm
Ginger – 3 small cubes
Green chilli – 1 nos (As per taste)
Garlic cloves (10 nos) – 10 gm
Coriander leaves & Mint leaves – 40 gm
Cumin seeds
Salt as per taste
For oil tempering
½ spoon oil
Cumin seeds
Curry leaves
Asafoetida
Red chillies dried
Making of Roasted chickpeas and groundnut chutney
Roast the ground nuts in a pan on medium flame. Then add the split chickpeas and roast them too together. Subsequently add sesame seeds and roast properly.
You may keep all in equal amounts as a variation.
Once roasted, take them off the heat and cool.
Once cooled add them to mixer grinder, add ginger cubes, garlic cloves and coriander leaves, mint leaves, cumin seeds, salt as per taste and ½ cup water. Make a fine paste.
Oil tempering only before serving.
Check consistency of chutney by adding water if required. Adding water may also reduce calorie intake per spoon of chutney.
You can make 1 bowl of chutney from 2 spoon thick paste and adding water to it.
For oil tempering heat the pan, add a/2 spoon oil, cumin seeds, curry leaves, asafoetida and red chillies and temper them at low flame.
Now add it over the chutney before serving and enjoy the taste.
You can even skip the oil tempering to make this chutney oil free
