Great Recipe For Super Bowl Sunday
Healthy Chicken Nuggets Recipe
Items Needed:
– Blender or Food Processor for bread crumbs
– Baking Sheet or Pan
– Tin Foil
– Olive Oil or Olive Oil Spray for coating the tinfoil and/or pan
– 3 Bowls for Mixing
Foods Needed:
1.5 lbs. of Chicken Breasts ( Cut Into Cubes )
4 Egg Whites
4 Slices of Ezekiel Bread ( Toasted ) (for bread crumbs) 0:40
3-4 Tbsp. Chicken Flavor Mrs. Dash
1. Start by making the bread crumbs with 4 slices of Ezekiel bread – Use blender or food processor. 0:40
2. Add 3-4 Tbsp. of Chicken Flavor Mrs. Dash and run blender or food processor for about 15 seconds.1:11
3. Add Tin Foil to Pan and apply EVOO ( Extra Virgin Olive Oil) 1:39
4. Pre-Heat Oven to 375 Degrees 1:39
5. With the 3 mixing bowls, separate ingredients in order – Chicken( Cut into Cubes) , Egg Whites, Bread Crumbs
6. Dip Chicken into egg whites, next bread crumbs, then to the pan. Repeat until all pieces of chicken are finished. 2:00
7. Place Pan into oven for 25 Minutes or until Golden Brown 2:45
8. Use scissors to cut into a couple of larger pieces to make sure the chicken is cooked completely 2:57
9. You are done and ENJOY 3:08

-Sugar Free/Reduced Sugar Ketchup
– Mustard
– Walden Farms BBQ Sauce
– Any hot sauce of your choice (I love Franks Red Hot and Sriracha )
