Best as weight loss snacks. It is a gluten free recipe also. Generally, we make popcorn through corn kernel. To make this recipe healthier here I am using jowar grain to make popcorn.In this recipe I didn’t added sing;e drop of oil, you can call it as oil free recipe also.
This recipe is loaded with fiber helps to control the blood sugar levels and control the cholesterol levels. Even you can give this recipe to kids also they will also love it.
