Tabbouleh Salad Recipe | Healthy Salad – NFCI Amritsar
Ingredients Quantity
Bulgur Wheat: 150 gm
Onion: 40 gm
Tomato: 30 gm
Coriander: 30 gm
Olive Oil: 20 ml
Cucumber: 40 gm
Mint: 7 leaves
Parsley: 20 gm
Salt: 1 tsp
Pepper: 1 tsp
Lemon Juice: 1 tsp
Red Bell Pepper: 30 gm
Yellow Bell Pepper: 30 gm
Butter: 10 gm
Method:
First of all Wash bulgur wheat and put it in a bowl.
Put in a bowl add salt, butter, and boiling water
On the Other side chop all the veggies and finely chop herbs except mint leaves.
Take a big bowl, Now its time to Assemble the salad
Take out the bulgur wheat and all vegetables in a bowl.
Season the salad with salt and pepper.
Garnish with mint leaves and parsley.
