Chia seeds contain large amounts of fiber and omega-3 fatty acids, plenty of high-quality protein, and several essential minerals and antioxidants. They may improve digestive health, blood levels of heart-healthy omega-3s, and risk factors for heart disease and diabetes.
Second drink is cucumber & mint drink. A refreshing summer recipe that is made with a fantastic combination of cucumber and mint leaves, this Cucumber Cooler will surely give you some relief from the scorching heat outside. Cucumber Cooler or Cucumber Detox Water is a refreshing summer drink that is made with the goodness of cucumbers and mint. Sugar is added to the cooler to make it sweet and lemon juice add a little twist of tangy and taste to it.
