Serves 1
Ingredients:
– 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp rolled oats
– 1/3 cup milk
– 1/2 banana
– 1/2 tsp baking powder
– 1/2 tsp cinnamon
– 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
cream cheese filling-
– 2 tbsp cream cheese
– 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
– 1/4 tsp vanilla
filling-
– 1/4 cup blueberries
– 150 ml or 1/2 cup water
– 2 tbsp honey
Bake for 22-24 min @ 350F/180C in a preheated oven!
