SMOOTHIE #1- Blueberries Smoothie
1 Cup Blueberries
Handful of Spinach
1 Medium Size Banana
1/2 Cup Water
SMOOTHIE #2- Raspberry & Banana Smoothie
1 Cup Raspberries
1 Medium Size Banana
1 Tbs Almond Butter
1 Cup Organic Lactose Fat Free Milk/Milk of choice
SMOOTHIE #3- Miracle Banana Drink
1 Banana
1 tbs Peanut Butter
1 tsp Chai Seeds
1tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Almond Milk Unsweetened
1/2 Milk of Choice
Add ingredients into blender and blend!
