Paneer Jalfrezi Recipe:
Oil – 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds – ½ tsp
Dried Red Chillies – 3 nos
Paneer (batons) – 200 grams
Garlic (finely chopped) – 1 tbsp
Ginger (finely chopped) – 2 tsp
Onion (julienne) – ½ Cup
Capsicum (julienne) – ½ Cup
Tomato (julienne) – ½ Cup
Tomato Ketchup – 3 tbsp
Coriander Powder – ½ tsp
Red Chilli Powder – ½ tsp
Turmeric Powder – ¼ tsp
Garam Masala – ½ tsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves (finely chopped) – 1 tbsp
Cooking Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle. Add dried red chillies, garlic and ginger. Add onions and all the spice powders and salt. Add tomato ketchup and mix well.
2. Turn the flame to high and add all the other vegetables and saute for 2 minutes.
3. Add the paneer, vinegar and coriander leaves. Mix well and turn off the heat.
