Boiled rice (200 grams)
Curd – 500 ml
Milk – ¼ to ½ cup
Fresh cream – 2 tbl spoon (optional)
Green chilli – 1
Coriander leaves
Grated carrot – 3 tbl spoon
Pomegranate
Oil – 1 tbl spoon
Mustard – ¾ teaspoon
Urad dal – ¾ teaspoon
Asafoetida
Chopped ginger – 1 teaspoon
Dry chilli – 2
Curry leaves
Salt
