Whole wheat flour/Atta – 2 cups
Ginger – one inch peeled & cut
Green chillies – 2

Carom seeds/Ajwain/ Omam – 1/2 tbsp
Salt – 1 tbsp
Jeera/cumin seeds powder – 1 tbsp
Turmeric/Haldi/Manjal Podi – 1/4 tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
