WEDNESDAY = pita bread, mushroom onion scramble, tuesday dinner leftovers (salmon, rice, grilled onion, mushroom, spinach), flour tortilla, taiwanese popcorn chicken with rice and cucumber salad, mint chip ice cream cone, kind bar, pita bread

THURSDAY = mushroom scramble with naan, snacky lunch plate (pita, roasted nuts, apple), strawberry banana nice cream, beef mushroom roll ups with spinach and rice, dark chocolate chunks, lavash

FRIDAY = snacky breakfast plate (naan, kind bar, apple), thursday dinner leftovers, whole foods flour tortilla, sajj chicken shawarma bowl (1/2), sajj beef shawarma bowl (1/2), vegan dark chocolate chunks, roasted sweet potato
