I have made these cookie balls more times than I can count and everyone loves them! Let us know what your favorite variations are!
(I forgot to mention in the video my oldest daughter will not eat oatmeal but she loves these- yay for finding a way to sneak that in!)
Also, make sure you are buying peanut butter with only peanuts as the ingredient. No need to consume all the other unnecessary junk they put in PB these days!

Monster Cookie Balls:
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup quick cooking oats
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup agave
1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts (chopped)
1/4 cup mini m&m’s
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
dash of salt
1/2 tsp vanilla

Blueberry Muffin Balls:
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup quick cooking oats
1/4 cup almond butter
1/4 cup agave
1/2 cup dried blueberries
dash of salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla

S’mores Balls:
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup quick cooking oats
1/3 cup finely crushed graham crackers
2 Tbsp Chia seeds
Dash of salt
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup agave
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
1/4 cup mallow bits
