Learn how to make a healthy quick bread made with fresh fruit, seeds, and nuts. 🍞🌾

Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon Ground Flax Seeds (6.5g)
2 1/2 Tablespoons Hot Water (37.5ml)
1 Cup Old Fashioned Oats (80g)
1 Cup Almond Flour (120g)
1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour (152g)
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon (2.8g)
1 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Powder (7.5g)
3 Tablespoons Honey (45ml)
3 Tablespoons Banana Puree
1/2 Cup Almond Milk (120ml)
1 Tablespoon Pumpkin Seeds
2 Strawberries, Sliced

Directions:
1. Combine the flax seeds and hot water, mix well and let stand 5 minutes until the mixture thickens. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the oats, flours, cinnamon, and baking powder. Add the flax seed mixture, honey, banana puree, and milk. Stir together until well combined.
2. Transfer dough to a 7.5 by 5.5 inch (6 cup) baking dish greased with cooking spray. Sprinkle the pumpkin seeds on top. Arrange the strawberry slices on top and gently and slightly press them into the surface of the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 25-30 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Let bread stand for 10 minutes then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
