Here is an healthy , yummy and easy moist banana bread recipe.I substituted maida or all purpose flour with whole wheat flour , Sugar with honey and no butter makes the banana bread more healthy and delicious ..
Ingredients:
2 Large ripe bananas
1/3 cup of coconut oil or olive oil
1/2 Cup of honey
2 Eggs
1/4 Cup of cold milk
1 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of vanilla extract
a pinch of salt
1/2 tsp of Cinnamon powder
1 3/4 Cups of whole wheat flour
1/2 Cup of chopped walnuts
–Preheat the oven at 350°F.
–Mash the bananas with fork.
–In a large bowl, add oil and honey and whisk them well..
–Add eggs and beat the well with the whisk and then add mashed bananas and milk and mix them well..
–Add baking soda ,salt , vanilla extract and cinnamon powder and whisk them well..
–Add wheat flour and mix them well without any lumps..and add walnuts and give it a mix.
–Grease the Baking pan with the oil..and transfer banana bread batter to the pan..
–Set the oven temp at 350°F and timer for around 40-45 min..
–Once the banana bread is baked well it turns golden brown and check it with an tooth pick inserted in the center of the bread comes out clean..
–Cool it down a little and transfer it to a plate and slice the bread into pieces
–Healthy banana bread is ready to serve.
