1/3 scoop (11.5g) of 1 Up Nutrition Chocolate/Peanut butter blast protein powder (or protein powder of own choice)
1/4 cup (20g) oat flour
3 tbsp (46g) egg whites
0.5 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp (15g) stevia or sweetener of own choice
1 tbsp (5g) unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
0.5-1 tbsp water
Frosting:
1 tsp (3g) sugar-free fat-free vanilla jello (or Gelatin)
1/4 cup (60g) 0% fat free greek yogurt
1-2 tsp stevia or 0 cal sweetener of own choice
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
