Healthy Banana Bread Recipe:

Macros Cake: 813 Cal, 98C, 21F, 50P
Ingredients:
– 150g Oats
– 50g Sweetener
– 2 Eggs
– 1/2 lemon
– 200g vanilla greek yogurt
– 100g milk
– 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
– 1/2 tsp baking soda

Baking at 180°C (350°F) for 35-40 min.

Macros Vanilla Pastry Cream: 428 Cal, 44C, 8F, 36P
Ingredients:
– 1 Vanilla Pod
– 400g skimmed Milk
– 2 Eggs
– 30g Corn Starch
– 50g Erythrit or 25g Stevia
