Hey Guys! In this video I wanted to share our guilt-free family pizza night! This recipe is very convenient, can be done in 15 minutes if you buy store bought pizza sauce, or 25 if you make your own! It’s low calorie – a plus for anyone who’s trying to lose weight or just looking for a healthier alternative to the standard restaurant pizza. Enjoy!

This is a low points recipe for those of us who are following the Weightwatchers blue or purple plan, leaving you room to add more cheese and other favorite toppings. Please add the ingredients in the recipe builder if you’re on the green plan.
Here are the points value:
Turkey Peperoni Flatbread Pizza (6SP)
1SP for 15 slices of Turkey peperoni
4SP 2 Fit & Active flatbreads
2SP for 1/3 of Mozzarella cheese (I bought mine a Trader Joe’s)
0SP for homemade tomato sauce and veggies
Tyson Barbecue Blackened Chicken Flatbread Pizza (6SP or 7SP)
0SP 1/3 cup of diced chicken
1SP barbecue sauce (0SP if you use G Hughes sugar free BBQ sauce)
4SP 2 Fit & Active flatbreads
2SP for 1/3 of Mozzarella cheese (I bought mine a Trader Joe’s)
0SP for homemade tomato sauce and veggies
Ingredients
Tomato Sauce
2 tbsp shallots
½ tsp crushed garlic
½ tsp Italian seasoning
A pinch of basil
A pinch of red crushed pepper
1 tbsp Chicken stock
1 cup tomato puree
1 ½ Monkfruit sweetner or brown sugar
Salt & pepper to taste
Cooking spray
Toppings
Veggies (Sweet bell peppers, pepperoncini and red onion)
The gourmet collection “Roast Vegetable & Fries” spice
Turkey peperoni (I used 12-15 slices)
Tyson blackened chicken breast strips (I used 1/3 to ½ cup)
1 tbsp of barbecue sauce (I usually used G Hughes sugar free BBQ sauce or Wiliamson Bros Bar-BQ sauce)
Mozzarella cheese (I used 1/3 for each flatbread pizza)
Parmesan cheese (optional)
Flatbread (I used 2 flatbreads for each Pizza since it’s very thin)
Fit & Active Multi-Grain with Flax Flatbread but you can use also use Flatout pizza crust or Joseph’s low carb Lavash bread
Baking
Spray the flatbreads with cooking spray then bake at 400 degrees for about 4 minutes. This will prevent it from getting soggy. After adding all the toppings, bake at 400 degrees for about 7 minutes
