Bohra Recipe: Methi Muthiya| Crispy methi Muthiya

Ingredients for Methi muthiya (Dough):
Wheat Flour-225g
Bajra Flour-50g
Gram flour(besan)-25g
Chopped Methi Leaves- 1 cup
Chopped Coriander Leaves-1/2 cup
Chopped green Chillies-5-6
sesame seeds-1 tbsp
sauf-1 tsp
Coriander seeds-1 tsp
red Chilly powder-2 tsp
Coriander seeds-1 tsp
oil-2 tbsp
salt to taste.

spluttering Ingredients:
Mustard seeds-1 tsp
few Curry Leaves
Sesame seeds- 3 tsp
dried Coconut-3 tbsp
oil – 5-6 tbsp
salt to taste.

Method.
-Firstly knead a dough Adding all the above methi muthiya ingredients.
-knead a semi hard dough.
-roll cyclindrical shape.
-place in a steamer.
-steam for 15-20 minutes each sides.
-let it cool.
-slice it & keep aside.
-now heat a pan.
-add 5-6 tbsp oil.
-splutter with mustard seeds, curry leaves & Sesame seeds.
-now add all the prepared muthiyas and roast for 15 minutes or untill crispy
-lastly add dried coconut & chopped coriander leaves.
-enjoy with chutney.
