Ingredients:
►buckwheat goats
►1 onion
►1/2 leeks
►3 cloves garlic
►2 cans chopped tomatoes
►salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper
🔪 Utensils and equipment
► deep frying pan
► chopping board
►saucepan
👩🏻🍳 Preparation
1. Rinse the buckwheat
2. Boil on medium heat for around 20 min
3. Prepare the veggies
4. In a deep frying pan add the oil and fry them for 5- 6 min
5. Add the chopped tomatoes and simmer for 2- 3 min
6. Add salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper
7. Transfer the boiled buckwheat and mix well
8. DONE
