2 cups roasted makhana
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup tomato
1/4 cup sprouts
1/4 cup roasted peanuts
2 tbsp raw mango
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon chaat masala
1 tbsp tamarind chutney
1 tbsp mint chutney
Salt
Lemon juice
1/2 cup nylon sev
Finely chopped coriander leaves

You can also add pomegranate and corn
