Today I am sharing egg salad recipe. This protein rich filling salad is a good option for your weightloss.

Ingredients

Egg (अंडा | മുട്ട) – 4
Onion (प्याज | സവാള) – 1/2 medium size
Cucumber (खीरा | വെള്ളരിക്ക) – 1/2 Cup
Grated carrot (कद्दूकस की हुई गाजर | കാരറ്റ്) – 1/4 Cup
Green chilli (हरी मिर्च | പച്ചമുളക്) – 2
Shredded coconut (कटा हुआ नारियल | ചിരകിയ തേങ്ങാ ) – 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves finely chopped (धनिए के पत्ते | മല്ലി ഇല) – 2 Tbsp
Brindleberry juice (गोराका | കുടംപുളി ) – 1 Tbsp
Pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर | കുരുമുളക് പൊടി) – 1/2 Tsp
Salt 9नमक | ഉപ്പ്) – 1/2 Tsp
