In this video I’m sharing two quick and easy DIY healthy breakfast cereal ideas for kids (and adults) including my homemade cacao pops cereal recipe and a tropical mango muesli recipe. I hope you enjoy as much as we do!

CACAO POPS RECIPE:

TROPICAL MANGO MUESLI RECIPE:
2 cups rolled oats
2 cups puffed brown rice
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1 tbsp shredded/desiccated coconut
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp pure maple syurp
1/4 cup dried mango, chopped small
1 tbsp hemp seeds (optional)
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius.
Combine oats, puffed rice, sunflower seeds and coconut in a bowl. In a small bowl, whisk oil and maple syrup then drizzle over dry mixture.
Spread evenly over a lined baking tray and bake for 12 minutes (checking at 8 minutes and turning if necessary.
Once out of the oven, sprinkle with mango and hemp seeds. Allow to cool completely before transferring to an airtight container. Serve with your favourite milk and fruit.
