I created these delicious low calorie crepes. They can be a great low calorie breakfast and you can also have them as your low calorie dessert. Let me know if you need more low calorie meals.

Remember if you’re making it in a smaller pan, you’ll be able to yield 6 crepes. Each will be only 25 CALORIES only!

Filling options:
1. Spread 1 teaspoon light cream cheese and add some strawberries (20 calories)
2. Low calorie chocolate spread with low calorie chocolate chips
(50 calories)
3. Whipped cream (13 calories per tablespoon)
Ingredients:
Small egg: 1
Low fat unsweetened almond milk: 1/2 cup
Oat flour or ground oats: 3 tbsp
Vanilla essence: 1/4 tsp
