How to prepare corn dosa | Corn dosa is a good alternative to the regular dosa which are nutritious, crispy and tasty. Here i am using dried corn to prepare dosa. Corn is high in fiber, it can aid with digestion. It also contains valuable B vitamins, which are important to your overall health. 
We can have various chutneys like coconut chutney, peanut chutney, tomato chutney or sambar as a side dish for this dosa.Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you.

Black gram dal 3/4 cup
( urad dal | ulunthu )
Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
(venthayam | methi)
Salt as required
Oil as required

Split black gram 1 tsp
( urad dal | Ulunthu )
Ginger a small piece
Garlic 1
Dry chillies 2
Onion 1
Tomatoes 2
Salt as required
Oil as required
