Chickpea is one of key indigents of our high protein salad vegetarian recipe. Today’s recipe is delicious Chickpeas salad for people who wants to lose weight. This high protein salad recipe can make with basic indigents at your home.
Ingredients for high protein chickpea salad :
200g Organics Chick Peas
1.5 tbsb Chopped Coriander
1/2 Chopped Capsicum
1/2 Chopped Onion
5-6 Half cut Cherry Tomatoes
1/2 Chopped Cucumber
1 Grated Carrots
1 tbsp Mix nut ( I used Walnut and Cashew )
1 tbsp Roasted sesame seeds
Salt to taste
For Healthy Salad dressing:
1/2 tsp Crashed Black Pepper
1/2 tbsp Lime juice
1/2 tsp Amchur Powder
1/2 tsp Mix herb
2 tbsp Olive oil.
Salt to taste
1. Take 200g organic chickpeas and soak in water overnight. Remove extra water.
2. Add chickpeas with 3 cups of water in the pressure cooker and cook it for 10 to 12 minutes. Do not over cook it.
3. Now remove chickpeas from the cooker and remove the water from it.
4. First we will prepare salad dressing for our high protein salad. Take a bowl and add olive oil, lime juice, Amchoor powder, crushed Pepper, mix herb and salt to taste. Mix it well. Your salad dressing is ready.
5. Now add boiled organic chickpeas, chopped onion, capsicum, cucumber and cherry tomatoes in salad dressing and mix it very well.
6. Your high protein salad is ready. Just garnish with chopped coriander, roasted sesame seed and mix nut and mix it very well.
